Participants will get to experience:

• Stress Management and Aromatherapy Roll-On Blending Session
• Guided meditation for grounding and centering with candle lighting and journaling session to set powerful intentions for the new year.
• Restorative sound healing session with Reiki integration.

All aromatherapy materials (Essential Oils, bottle, notes and tool kit) will be provided during the class.

Participants to bring your own Yoga Mat for the sound healing session.
