Sleep Well with Aromatherapy: A Nighttime Relaxation Workshop
Workshop Structure:
- Understanding Sleep Hygiene
- Aromatherapy and Sleep
- Choosing the Right Essential Oils
- Practical Aromatherapy Session
- Creating a Relaxing Sleep Environment
Participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of essential oils, safety consideration
- How to store essential oils and their shelf lives
- Understand dilution proportion
- Be given 3 essential oils datasheet relevant to sleep oils
- Make a 10ml essential oil blends to take home
All materials (Essential Oils, bottle, notes and tool kit) will be provided.
