Shipping Information

Depending on the item(s) you purchase here and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, we will have different shipping methods (e.g. Delivery by mail or courier services) to ensure that our customers receive your items at the earliest delivery schedule. 

At the present moment, we are still reviewing on shipping internationally. We will advise in due course once we have activated this option.

Once we have received your order, we will process your order within 1-2 working days. You can email us with invoice number to track your order.

Depending on the stock availability, we will deliver your package within 1-2 working days. 

Payment information

We accept a variety of payment methods, that is, PayNow, Internet Bank Transfer and Paypal.

Orders and returns

At our shopping page, you can

  1. Click on the item(s) and quantities to "Add to Cart"
  2. Once that is done, you can click on "View Cart"
  3. If you have coupon code, you can key in the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon" before check out
  4. Click on "Flat Rate" or "Free Shipping with Minimum Order" before proceeding to checkout.
  5. Key in your Billing and Shipping details to ensure the address is correct.
  6. Decide on your mode of payment and click "Place Order"
  7. If you choose Direct Bank Transfer/PayNow, you will need to transfer the payment to our Bank Account/UEN before we process your order. If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be directed to enter your credit card details.
  8. Once that is done and the order has been sent to us, we will process your order and arrange delivery as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any cancellation of your order once payment has gone through.

For changing of order, please email to enquiry@sixthsensesaromatics.com.sg and quote your Invoice number. We will further advise you upon receipt of your email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns of parcel once delivered due to the nature of the products. We will only accept exchange of electronic products like Diffusers if it is faulty within 3 working days. Please email us at enquiry@sixthsensesaromatics.com.sg if the Diffuser is faulty upon receipt.
